COLLI EUGANEI SERPRINO FRIZZANTE DOC
Descrizione
Serprino is a lightly sparkling white wine (overpressure not greater than 2.5 Bar) with a straw yellow colour with greenish flecks. The nose is reminiscent of green apple, peach, pear and tropical fruit. On the palate, it has a good degree of acidic freshness, combined with saline and mineral elements and a persistent aromatic quality making for an extremely pleasant tasting experience.
Vinificazione
After initial alcoholic fermentation, a second fermentation process takes place in an autoclave at 16 to 20 °C for about thirty days in accordance with the Charmat method.

ROSATO FRIZZANTE IGT VENETO
Descrizione
Light rose pink in colour with vibrant, brilliant tones. The perlage is fine and persistent, while the nose is delicate and fruit-driven. Pleasantly acidic on the palate with typical notes of small berries, which are also evident in the bouquet.
Vinificazione
After alcoholic fermentation and subsequent ageing for a few months in concrete vats, second fermentation takes place in an autoclave at 16 to 20 °C for approximately thirty days, in accordance with the Charmat method.

RABOSO FRIZZANTE IGT VENETO
Descrizione
Raboso Frizzante is a ruby red wine. The intensely fragrant nose has notes recalling blackberry and Marasca cherry. The flavour is well balanced, with a fresh acidity and a soft finish.
Vinificazione
After initial alcoholic fermentation, which is interrupted before completion to maintain the sugar content necessary for the subsequent ‘prise de mousse’ refermentation in the autoclave, second fermentation takes place in the autoclave at 16 to 20 °C for about thirty days, in accordance with the Charmat method.

"ULTIMO QUARTO" GLERA FRIZZANTE IGT VENETO
Descrizione
Ultimo Quarto is an unfiltered wine with a straw yellow colour bottled together with its own yeast. The nose is fresh with notes of white flowers, apple and bread crust. The palate echoes the freshness perceived on the nose, accompanied by a mineral note typical of the terroir.
Vinificazione
After alcoholic fermentation, the wine is bottled together with the remaining yeast and sugar. The ‘prise de mousse’ process producing the final effervescence then takes place as a result of natural refermentation in the bottle itself.
