Descrizione
100% Merlot with stunning purplish tones and a generous body. Upon pouring, the nose opens with fragrances of Marasca cherry and ripe red berries, accompanied by spiced aromas of black pepper and balsam notes. On the palate it is dry, pleasantly fresh and sapid, and persistent, with a warm, full-bodied and soft taste. A wine exuding elegance in both fragrance and structure.
Vinificazione
Fermentation at a controlled temperature of 16 to 20 °C for 10 to 15 days. Aged in concrete barrels for approximately one year.

ROSSO DRAGHI IGT VENETO
Descrizione
The name Rosso Draghi was chosen in homage to the eponymous Villa Draghi, at the feet of which we grow Merlot and Cabernet, the foundations of this magnificent red. Rosso Draghi is an intense ruby red in colour with flecks of dark garnet. Prevailing on the nose are aromas of red fruit, and cherry in particular, accompanied by spiced and toasted notes. Generous and intense on the palate, with the potent alcohol content mitigated by a balsam aftertaste. A wine of great elegance and longevity.
Vinificazione
Fermentation at a controlled temperature of 16 to 20 °C for 10 to 15 days. Aged in barriques and tonneaux for twelve months.

CINQUEPASSI IGT VENETO
Descrizione
In colour, Cinquepassi is a deep and intense ruby red tending towards purple. The nose expresses aromas of red fruit preserves, such as blackberry and cherry, accompanied by cocoa, coffee and vanilla, and finishes with a balsam note. At the first sip, the palate is captivated by an extraordinary sense of smoothness and roundness.
Vinificazione
Fermentation at a controlled temperature of 16 to 20 °C for 10 to 15 days. Aged in barriques and wooden tonneaux for twelve months. This is followed by an additional resting period and bottle ageing.

"NOTE DI...BERTHA" MOSCATO IGT VENETO "TERRÆ PACIS"
Descrizione
Note di Bertha is a late harvest wine with a rich golden yellow colour and ample, enveloping fragrances. The nose is reminiscent of muscat grapes, jams, overripe and candied fruit, dried apricot, honey and vanilla. On the palate it is sweet without being cloying, soft, elegant and extraordinarily well-balanced. The finish is velvety, long and persistent.
Vinificazione
Harvested late, at the start of October, to attain higher concentrations of sugars and aromatic substances in each grape. Slow fermentation in concrete recipients at a temperature between 16 and 20 °C, monitoring alcohol and sugar levels constantly to reach the desired alcohol content. Long ageing process in concrete vats.
