Description
An extraordinarily elegant wine, Pinot Bianco is straw yellow in colour with greenish hints. The nose reveals elegant, delicate fruity notes reminiscent of pear and pineapple. The floral notes recall hawthorn, sage and acacia blossom. On the palate, its fine structure and elegance can be appreciated in full, with a smooth, complex finish and an intriguing freshness.
Vinification Process
Fermentation at a controlled temperature of 16 to 20 °C for 10 to 15 days. Aged in concrete barrels for 6 to 7 months.

MANZONI BIANCO IGT VENETO
Description
Manzoni Bianco is a well-structured and intense wine with a bold character a light golden yellow colour. The nose is elegant and complex with a bouquet of diverse aromas, with delicate notes of musk, wisteria and orange blossom. On the palate, the structure is smooth and persistent with a vivacious acidity, a generous freshness and a captivating minerality, finishing with notes reminiscent of yellow fruit. Underpinning this structure is a relatively high alcohol content, which lends a slight sensation of sweetness mitigated by sapid notes. Excellent balance between acidity and sapidity. A wine that can also be kept and enjoyed over the years to come to appreciate the typical and intriguing hydrocarbon note as it develops with ageing.

Description
Pinot Grigio is a pale straw yellow in colour. Its delicate nose has notes reminiscent of yellow fruit, and of pineapple and apple in particular. Pleasantly dry and sapid on the palate, with the same fruity notes already revealed by the nose.

"DI GIÀ" MOSCATO GIALLO SECCO IGT VENETO
Description
Di Già is straw yellow in colour with golden flecks. While not the easiest wine to propose to customers, as for many the word “Moscato” is synonymous with “sweet”, overcoming this misapprehension opens up whole new world: the nose is fine and elegant, with an intense bouquet of aromas redolent of ripe yellow-fleshed fruit such as peach and apricot, and candied fruit such as apricot and orange, complemented by persistent musk notes. On the palate, this wine flaunts a bold body with a pleasant acidity and marked aromatic elements, finishing with a delightful bitterish note. Superbly structured with perfectly balanced freshness and minerality.
