Description
Cabernet is a ruby red wine. Its intense, pleasant nose expresses fruity notes of blackberry and blueberry accompanied by spiced, peppery notes. Full-bodied and smooth on the palate, with a complex mouthfeel in keeping with the nose.
Vinification Process
Fermentation at a controlled temperature of 16 to 20 °C for 10 to 15 days. Aged in concrete barrels for 6 to 7 months.

COLLI EUGANEI MERLOT DOC
Description
Merlot is ruby red with nuances of colour tending towards purple. On the nose, fruity notes of small red berries such as blueberry and cherry go hand in hand with floral notes of violet. On the palate it is warm, harmonious, round and velvety, and reveals a good body.

COLLI EUGANEI ROSSO DOC
Description
Colli Euganei Rosso is a wine of great elegance with an intense ruby red colour. Once poured into the glass, it reveals a nose of small berries, such as raspberries and blueberries, and plum, with other spiced and grassy notes and a subtle hint of toasted aromas. On the palate there are soft, fresh and enveloping sensations with a generous minerality and an elegant tannin element.

ROSATO IGT VENETO
Description
Particularly popular in summer, Rosato is cherry pink in colour. The nose features fresh notes of small red berries alternating with nuances of dried leaves and cloves. On the palate, it reveals a pleasing acidity and a fruit-driven aromatic finish. An enticing balance between freshness and sapidity piques the interest and invites you to take another sip.
Vinification Process
Skin-contact maceration for one day, followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature of 16 to 20 °C for 10 to 15 days. Aged in concrete barrels for 6 to 7 months.
